Adobo Chicken - Filipino style chicken
Easy instant pot recipe
4 Chicken Thighs
4 Chicken Drum Sticks
2 Cloves Garlic crushed
1/2 Tsp Peppercorn
1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
1/8 Cup White Vinegar
1/2 pack baby potatoes peeled
Some water
1. Remove skin and fat from chicken
2. Add all ingredients to the instant pot
3. Set it to meat setting for 15 minutes
4. If there is too much water set the pot to sauté setting to reduce the water to your liking.
5. Serve with Jasmine rice
