Quick instant pot recipe
2 chicken breasts diced
1/2 pack of egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion diced
1/2 pack of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 handful of frozen veggies
1 1/2 can of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Heat oil on sauté setting
2. Add onions. Stir frequently for a minute
3. Add mushrooms. Continue to stir such that they do not stick to pot.
4. Add all the other ingredients and stir.
5. Set instant pot to pressure cook for 5min
6. Allow natural release.
7. Enjoy.
