So this is a variation of the chicken pasta that Ipreviously posted. I literally threw everything into the instant pot (including a block of pre cut frozen chicken breast) and hoped for the best. It turned out pretty good :).
Ingredients
- Chicken breast cut up into cubes (I pulled it out of the freezer and put it straight into the pot - no thawing)
- half a bag of egg noodles
- can of cream of mushroom soup, I opted for the garlic flavoured one
- 21/2 cans of water
- frozen veggies (peas and carrots variation)
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- Mrs. Dash spice mix, salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Add chicken, water, egg noodles, can of mushroom soup and veggies to instant pot
2. Set pot to pressure for 5 min
3. Once cooking is completed, manually release pressure, open lid and add remainder of ingredients.
4. Put it on slow cook and mix everything together thoroughly. Don't cover the pot, I put it on slow cook only to keep instant pot heated. Once everything is mixed in good and you have achieved the consistency you like, you're done :)
