Quick and easy instant pot recipe
1 cup mung daal
1/3 cup yellow split pea daal
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp tummeric powder
1 bunch fresh coriander
1 onion sliced
5-6 cups of water
1. Wash daal
2. Add all ingredients to instant pot except fresh coriander and stir
3. Put it on pressure for 20min
4. Add fresh coriander
5. Enjoy.
Note: you can either add the onion to instant pot during pressure cooking or use it as tempering after. Either way is good. Also you can add diced tomatoes or other veggies to the daal while cooking under pressure.
