Spaghetti is impossible to spell. I've taken the word for granted for so long.
Ok, so this is an amazing dish. If you are going to make one thing from my blog, please make this dish. Not only does it taste amazing, it looks amazing. I should have taken a picture.
YOU WILL NEED:
-a box of spaghetti
-2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
-4 tbsp pesto (I used the costco one)
-Parmesan cheese (optional)
THIS IS HOW WE MAKE IT (à la Montell Jordan):
1. Set oven on bake 375
2. Coat tomatoes in 3 tbsp on pesto
3. Spread evenly on a pan and bake for 25min
4. Meanwhile, boil pasta
5. Crush the tomatoes (squish them a bit, you don't have to turn them into a pulp)
5. Mix the tomatoes, cooked spaghetti and 1tbsp of pesto together
6. Enjoy!

- I will be adding shrimp to this the next time I make it. I'll probably cook the shrimp, coat them in some pesto and throw them into the mixture.
-I used gluten free spaghetti when I made this, I will most likely be using it again.
